The values of determinant is positive in the following cases  \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 0\\ 0 & 1\end{bmatrix}, \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 1\\ 0 & 1\end{bmatrix}, \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 0\\ 1 & 1\end{bmatrix}

       Probability is
