The correct option is (b)


In figure, \angle POQ = 110^0
Since POQT is quadrilateral. Therefore the sum of the opposite angles are 180^\circ

\\\Rightarrow \angle PTQ +\angle POQ = 180^0\\\\\Rightarrow \angle PTQ = 180^0-\angle POQ
                 = 180^0-100^0
                  = 70^0
