To prove : \Delta AEP \sim \Delta CDP

In \Delta AEP \, \, and\, \, \Delta CDP,

\angle AEP=\angle CDP     ( Both angles are right angle)

\angle APE=\angle CPD     (Vertically opposite angles )

\Delta AEP \sim \Delta CDP    ( By AA criterion)
