 A = {1, 2, 3, 4, 6}
And 
R = \left \{ ( a,b): a ,b \epsilon A , b\: \: is\: \: exactly \: \: divisible\: \: by \: \: a \right \}

Therefore,
the relation in roaster form is , R = \left \{ {(1,1), (1,2), (1,3), (1,4), (1,6), (2,2), (2,4), (2,6), (3,3), (3,6), (4,4), (6,6)} \right \}
