Q.3.7.    Name two metals which will displace hydrogen from dilute acids, and two metals which will not.

Clearly, the metals which are more reactive than hydrogen will displace it from the dilute acids.

For e.g. potassium and sodium.

But the metals like silver and gold are less reactive than hydrogen so will not be able to displace hydrogen.
