Given

Rent of 3 months :

    =Rs \:15000

So,

Rent of 1 month :

   =\frac{15000}{3}=Rs \:5000

And Hence Using unity principle 

Rent of 1 year (12 months ) :

=12\times\:5000=Rs\:60000

Therefore, The total rent for one year is Rs 60000.
