In case of a right triangle, the length of its hypotenuse is highest. 

hypotenuse be h.

Taking, 7 cm, 24 cm

By Pythagoras theorem,

h^2=7^2+24^2

h^2=49+576

h^2=625

h=25= given third side.

Hence, it is the right  triangle with h=25 cm.
