Given :   5x - 3 < 7

\Rightarrow      5x - 3 < 7

\Rightarrow \, \, \, 5x< 10

Divide by 5 from both sides 

\Rightarrow \, \, \, \frac{5}{5}x< \frac{10}{5}

 \Rightarrow \, \, \, x< 2

x are  integers less than 2

Hence, values of x can be \left \{.........-3,-2-1,0,1,\right \}
