                    \frac{n}{2}- \frac{3n}{4}+\frac{5n}{6} = 21

Multiplying both sides 12.

(We multiplied both sides by 12 because it is the lowest common factor.)

                    6n - 9n + 10n = 252

or                         7n = 252

or                           n = 36
