Area of 1 tile = 

\frac{1}{2}\times product\, of\, diagonals

=\frac{1}{2}\times45\times 30

=675 cm^{2}

Area of 3000 tiles = 

=675 \times 3000

= 202.5 m^{2}

Total cost of polishing =

= 202.5\times 4

= Rs 810
