Given

Peak Value of ac supply:

 V_{peak}=300V

Now as we know in any sinusoidal function

 RMSvalue=\frac{peakvalue}{\sqrt{2}}

Since our ac voltage  supply is also sinusoidal

V_{rms}=\frac{V_{peak}}{\sqrt{2}}=\frac{300}{\sqrt{2}}=212.13V

Hence RMS value of voltage os 212.13V.
