Baking soda is NaHCO_{3} (sodium hydrogen carbonate).

blue vitriol is CuSO_{4}.5H_{2}O

washing soda is Na_{2}CO_{3}.10H_{2}O

Gypsum is CuSO_{4}.2H_{2}O

The water molecules which form part of the structure of a crystal (of a salt) are called water of crystallisation. The salts which contain water of crystallisation are called hydrated salts. So, baking powder does not contain water of crystallisation.
