Ribosomes are spherical organelles which are either free in the cytoplasm or attached to a rough endoplasmic reticulum which plays an important role int the synthesis of proteins. All enzymes are proteins but not all hormones are proteins. Statements 3 and 4 are incorrect as ribosomes are not involved in starch molecule manufacture and all hormones are not proteins.

Therefore, option (c) is correct.
