\begin{aligned} C(2) &=7200+3600\left(\mathrm{x}+4 \mathrm{x}^{-1}\right) \\ & \end{aligned}

=7200+3600\left(2+\frac{4}{2}\right)

\begin{aligned} &=7200+3600\left(\frac{4+4}{2}\right) \\ \end{aligned}

=7200+3600(4) \\

=7200+14400

=21,600
