Kinetic Theory of Gases -

Average kinetic energy of the gas molecules is directly proportional to the absolute temperature.

 As temperature increases kinetic enerygy of moleclues also increases, and the moleclues can escape from the surface of liquid to the vapour Phase which will result in higher vapour pressure which will result in higher vapour pressure. So, Vapour pressure increases non-linearly with increse in temperature.
