As we have learned

Ionisation Isomerism -

This arises when a counter ion is exchanged with a ligand in square brackets.

- wherein

For example: \left [ Co\left ( NH_{3} \right )_{5} So_{4}\right ] Br, & \left [ Co\left ( NH_{3} \right )_{5} Br\right ] So_{4}

The compound which has same composition but give different ions in solution, show ionization. So  [Co(NH_{3})_{5}Br] SO_4is ionization isomer.

[Co(NH_{3})_{5}Br] SO_4 \rightleftharpoons [Co(NH_{3})_{5}Br]^{+} SO^{2-}_4

[Co(NH_{3})_{5} SO_4 ]Br\rightleftharpoons [Co(NH_{3})_{5}SO_4]^{+} Br^{-}

Option 1)

[Cr(NH_{3})_{6}]Cl_{3}

Option 2)

[Co(NH_{3})_{5}Br]SO_{4}

Option 3)

[Cr(en )_{2}Cl_{2}]

Option 4)

[Cr(en )_{3}Cl_{3}]
