Associative Binary operation -

 

(a * b) * c = a * (b * c)

- wherein

A binary operation * on a set A is a function * : A × A → A, such that, A × A → A  is said to be associative, if(a * b) * c = a * (b * c), for every a, b, c ∈ A

 

 Since A-(B-C)\neq(A-B)-C

These two sets are not identical.
