Answer:

If we cannect two spherical conductors by a conducting wire then the potential of both A and B will be the same,

So,  V=Er

\\\frac{V_A}{V_B}=\frac{E_A\times r_A}{E_B\times r_B} \\\\\because V_1=V_2 \\\\\frac{E_A}{E_B}=\frac{r_B}{r_A} \\\\\frac{E_A}{E_B}=\frac{2}{1}

So,

the ratio otf the magnitude of electric fields at the surface of spheres A and B will be 2:1.
