Explain Immunization.
Immunization is the process of keeping someone from getting contagious diseases by making their immune system stronger against certain germs. Vaccines, which contain weaker, inactivated, or genetically modified types of microorganisms that cause disease, are used to do this. When the vaccine enters the body, it starts an immune response that eventually makes antibodies and memory cells. These memory cells help the body better spot and fight infections from the same pathogen in the future.
