Length of the wire=Perimeter of the square=27	imes4=108cm

When the wire is bent in the form of a semi-circle, then clearly the perimeter of the semi-circle would be 108cm.

Let r be the radius of the semi-circle.

Then, perimeter = r(pi+2)=r(frac227 +2)cm=frac36r7cm

	herefore frac367r=108Rightarrow r=frac108	imes736cm=21cm

Hence the radius of the semi-circle is 21cm.
