Amit earns Rs. 16000 per month. he spends 1/4 of his income on food; 3/10 of the remainder on house rent and 5/21 of the remainder on the education of children. How much money is still left with him.

Answers (1)

Amit earns = 16000 per month

Spendings = 16000/4 + 16000x3x3/(4x10) + 16000x3x3x5/(21x4x10) = 4000 + 1200 + 285.71 = 5485.71

Money left with Amit = 1600-5485.71

                                 = 10514.28
