AC is the diameter of circle. (H is touching the centre.)

Length of AC = diagonal of rectangle.

AC^2=6^2+8^2

AC^2=36+64

AC^2=100

AC=10

The radius of the circle = 10x1/2= 5cm.

Area of shaded region = Area of circle - Area of rectangle

                                     =3.14\times 5\times 5-8\times 6

                                     =78.5-48

                                     =30.5 cm^2
