Given the quadratic equation    \mathrm{4x^2 + 4\sqrt3 x + 3 = 0}

we know that     

\\\mathrm{D = b^2-4ac}\\\mathrm{D =(4\sqrt3)^2-4\cdot4\cdot3} \\ \mathrm{D = 48- 48 }\\ \mathrm{D = 0}

So, given the Quadratic Equation has equal real roots.
