Given :

Height of tower, AB=30\;m

Shadow of earth, BC=10\sqrt{3}\;m

To find : \angle C=?

In right angled \bigtriangleup ABC\; \; (\angle B=90^{\circ})

\tan C = \frac{AB}{BC}=\frac{30}{10\sqrt{3}}=\sqrt{3}

\tan C =\sqrt{3}

\Rightarrow C=60^{\circ}           \left ( \therefore \tan 60=\sqrt{3} \right )
