The volume of big drop= volume of N small drops
\\\frac{4}{3}\pi R^3=N\frac{4}{3}\pi r^3\\\\R=N^{\frac{1}{3}}r

The potential of the small drop

V=\frac{kq}{r}

The potential of the big drop

\\V'=\frac{kNq}{R}=\frac{kNq}{N^{\frac{1}{3}}r}\\\\=N^{\frac{2}{3}}\frac{kq}{r}==N^{\frac{2}{3}}V
