Solution:    Given  ,   (2*x)*3^-1=4^-1

Now ,     L.H.S.

Rightarrow        =frac3 imes 2 imes x2*3^-1=(3x)*3^-1=frac3x2=frac14

Hence ,                 x=frac16.
