P divides AB in the ratio 1:2

\therefore Coordinates of P are 

    \left[\frac{1\cdot0 + 2\cdot(-2)}{1 + 2}, \frac{1\cdot 8+2\cdot 0}{1 + 2} \right ] = \left(\frac{-4}{3},\frac{8}{3} \right )

Q divides AB in the ratio 2:1

    Coordinates of Q are    \left(\frac{0-2}{3},\frac{16 +0}{3} \right ) = \left(\frac{-2}{3} ,\frac{16}{3}\right )
