Solution:   y=c_1cos2x +c_2cos^2x+c_3sin^2x+c_4

            Rightarrow      y=c_1cos 2x+fracc_22(1+cos2x)+fracc_32(1-cos 2x)+c_4

           Rightarrow       y=(fracc_22+fracc_32+c_4)+(c_1+fracc_22-fracc_32)cos 2x

          Rightarrow       y=A+Bcos 2x

            Thus the order of differential equations  will be  2.
