KE=h\nu -\phi _{0}

Where,

h\nu =E_{2}-E_{1}

        =\frac{-13.6}{2^{2}}-\frac{-13.6}{1^{2}}

        =\frac{3}{4}\times 13.6=10.2\; eV

eV=h\nu\; -\phi _{0}

e5=10.2\; eV-\phi _{0}

    \phi _{0}=5.2\; eV
