Per minute water levels

= 1/20 + 1/30 - 1/5

= 3/60 + 2/60 - 12/60

= - 7/60

Effective is drain off the water at -7/60 per minute.

To completely drain off it needs 60/7 minutes = 8 minutes 40 seconds
