The reaction taking place at both cathode and anode are shown below :- 

   (i) Cathode reaction :-     

                                                        Ag^+_{(aq)} + e^- \rightarrow Ag_{(s)}   

  (ii) Anode reaction :-  

                                                        Zn_{(s)}\ \rightarrow Zn^{2+}_{(aq)}\ +\ 2 e^-
