                   (ii) Hexanenitrile into 1-aminopentane

First, acid hydrolysis of hexanenitrile which convert CN group into the COOH group and then reacts with SOCl_{2}  which replaces COOH by COCland then the excess of ammonia which replaces Cl by NH_{2} and then the Hoffmann bromamide degradation reaction which gives us the desired product.
