\Rightarrow      4x + 3 < 5x + 7

\Rightarrow \, \, \, 4x-5x< 7-3

 \Rightarrow \, \, \, x> -4

x are  real numbers greater  than -4.

Hence, values of x can be as   x\in (-4 ,\infty )
