The following reaction occur :

At Anode : 2H_{2}O\rightarrow O_{2}+4H^{+}+4e^{-}

At cathode : 4H^{+}+4e^{-}\rightarrow 2H_{2}(\uparrow)

As the concentration of H+ ions is maintained, there will be no change in pH.
