\begin{aligned} &x=\frac{m x_{2}+n x_{1}}{m+n} \\ &y=\frac{m y_{2}+n y_{1}}{m+n} \\ &z=\frac{m z_{2}+n z_{1}}{m+n} \\ &0=\frac{m(-b)+n(c)}{m+n} \\ &0=-b m+c n \\ &b m=c n \\ &\Rightarrow \frac{m}{n}=\frac{c}{b} \end{aligned}
