As we have learnt,

Frenkel defects are dislocation defect in which there is a vacancy defect at the lattice point and an interstitial defect in the lattice. Hence, statement I is true.

F-centres are not created due to Frenkel defect but are created due to anionic vacancy . Thus, statement II is false

Hence, the correct answer is option (3)
