Given,

\mathrm{KCl}+\mathrm{CoH}^{-} \longrightarrow \mathrm{KClO}_{3}+3 \mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{O}+6 \mathrm{e}^{-}

\mathrm{moles\ of}\ \mathrm{KClO}_{3}=\frac{10}{122. 6}\\ \\\therefore \text{moles of electrons} =6 \times \frac{10}{122.6}\\ \\\therefore \text{Total charge passed} =\frac{60}{122.6} \times 96500 \mathrm{C}

\begin{aligned} &\therefore x \times 10 \times 60 \times 60=\frac{60 \times 96500}{122.6} \\ &\Rightarrow x=\frac{60 \times 96500}{122.6 \times 3600 \times 10} \\ &\Rightarrow x=1.31 \mathrm{~A} \end{aligned}

Hence, the value of x is 1
