\Rightarrow \frac{\Delta V}{V}=\frac{\Delta P}{B}=\frac{\rho g h}{B}

\frac{\Delta V}{V}=\frac{10^3 \times 10 \times 3000}{2.2 \times 1.9}=0.0136
