\mathrm{ \frac{V_{\mathrm{O}_2}}{V_{\mathrm{HC}}}=\frac{\sqrt{\frac{7 / 5 R T}{32}}}{\sqrt{\frac{5 / 3 R T}{4}}}=\sqrt{\frac{7 / 5 R T}{32}} \times \sqrt{\frac{4}{5 / 3 R T}} }

\mathrm{\frac{V_{\mathrm{O}_2}}{V_{\mathrm{HC}}}=0.32}

\mathrm{or V_{02}=0.32 V_{\text {Hc }}}

\mathrm{\text { Time taken }=\frac{1}{0.32} \times T=3 T }

Hence option 3 is correct.
