The structure of tripeptide will be as followed at \mathrm{pH = 2}  (in highly acidic medium)

Hence \mathrm{ |z_1|=2} at \mathrm{ pH = 6}  (in approximately neutral solution)

Hence \mathrm{ |z_2|=0 } at  \mathrm{ \mathrm{pH}=11} (in highly basic medium)

                                            Hence \mathrm{ |z_3|} will be 3 .

\mathrm{ \text { Therefore }\left|z_1\right|+\left|z_2\right|+\left|z_3\right|=2+0+3=5}
