\Rightarrow 2 r_{1}^{2}=r_{2}^{2} \Rightarrow r_{2}=\sqrt{2} r_{1}

Note \mathrm{P} ies on the director circle of radius \mathrm{r}_{1}

\Rightarrow \mathrm{L}=\mathrm{r}_{1}=2 \mathrm{~cm}
