Turns per unit length, n = 7 \mathrm{~cm}^{-1}=700 \mathrm{~m}^{-1}

if \mu be the permeability of the medium inside the solenoid then, magnetic field, B=\mu n I

\therefore Magnetic intensity, H=\frac{B}{\mu}=n I=700 \times 2.5

=1750 \mathrm{Am}^{-1}
