An increase in the concentration of the reactants leads to an increase in the collision frequency. Threshold energy, activation energy, and heat of reaction are not affected by the increase in concentration.

This is because due to the increase in concentration, the number of particles increases and hence the number of collisions. Whereas the activation energy is affected by the temperature, threshold energy can be changed by using a catalyst or a poison while the enthalpy of the reaction can not be changed by both temperature or catalyst, or concentration. 

Therefore, Option(1) is correct.
