The chemical equation we have:

2CH_{2}COOK\, +\, 2H_{2}O\, \rightarrow C_{2}H_{4}\, +\, 2CO_{2}\, +\, H_{2}\,+\, 2KOH

Now, equivalents of (C2H4 + CO2 + H2) = 0.2 + 0.2 + 0.2
                                                          = 0.6

Now, total number of moles of gases = 0.2/2 + 0.2/1 + 0.2/2 = 0.4

Now, from ideal gas equation, we have:

pV = nRT

Therefore, V = (0.4 x 0.0821 x 273)/1

V = 8.96L

Therefore, Option (4) is correct
