As per Hardy- Schulz's rule, The lower the coagulating power, the higher the coagulation value in millimoles per liter, i.e coagulating power is inversely proportional to coagulation values.

Sulfide sols have a negative charge present in them hence, more the valency of cation, the more coagulation power, and the lower the coagulation value. 

Thus, the correct order of coagulating power is (c) part.
