Divide both (I) and (II)

\begin{aligned} & \frac{2}{4}=\frac{R_0(1+0.0250 \times 27)}{R_0(1+0.0250 \times t)} \\ & \frac{1}{2}=\frac{(1+0.675)}{1+0.0250 t} \end{aligned}

\begin{aligned} & 1+0.0250 t=3.35 \\ & t=\frac{3.35-1}{0.0250}=94^{\circ} \mathrm{C} \end{aligned}
