Carbon monoxide is a strong field ligand as it accepts an electron density from metal into the \pi^* orbitals. Due to this back bonding bond length of the Carbon oxygen bond increases.

Bond\ length\ \alpha\ negative\ charge

Bond\ length\ \alpha\ \frac{1}{positive\ charge}

and,

Bond\ length\ \alpha\ number\ of\ d-electrons

[Fe(CO)_4]^2^- has the maximum length of the carbon-oxygen bond as the metal is carrying the highest negative charge and will show the most synergic or back bonding leading to an increase in Carbon-oxygen bond length and will be mximum.

The Correct answer is option 3.
