we know that the number of white balls count be less than 2. Now there are different comes for the number of white balls in the bag. the total comes are ^{2}C_{2}+\, ^{3}C_{2}\, +^{4}C_{2}
               = \frac{2!}{2!\times 0}+\frac{3!}{2!\times 1!}+\frac{4!}{2!\times 2!}
             = 1+3+6= 10
\therefore probability of the care that there are 4 white balls
  ie ^{4}C_{2}= 6
Hence the probability that all balls in the bag are white is  \frac{6}{10}\, or\, \frac{3}{5}
