Total no. of cards = n (T) = 52

total  no. of red cards = 26

total no. of queens = 4 (2 red and 2 black )

 Total no. of cards which are neither red nor queens =  n (A) = 52-26 -2 = 24

Probability of getting neither red nor queen card = P_1 = \frac {n(A)}{n(T)} = \frac {24}{52} = 6/13
