Number of cell = 1

At t=3 minute

Number of cell = 2

At t=6 minute

Number of cell = 4

So cell division is in form of gp

Where a=1 ; r=2

n=frac303=10

a_10=a imes r^n-1=1 imes 2^9=512

So, After 30 minutes number of cells = 512 cells
